Whistleblowing

Speak up – safely and confidentially

At LHE, integrity matters. This page provides a secure and confidential way to report any suspected or observed violations of the law, our Code of Conduct, or core company values.

How to report a concern

For employees

We encourage you to first raise concerns through internal channels:

  • Your manager
  • The next-level manager
  • HR Manager
  • Financial Controller
  • Business Compliance or Internal Audit

If internal reporting isn’t possible — or if the issue is serious — you can submit an anonymous report through our dedicated whistleblowing service.

For external stakeholders

People with whom LHE has a business or community relationship with are encouraged to speak up and to report any observed violations of the law or LHE’s core values and policies. Normally the first course of action is to report to the Managing Director of the relevant local LHE Company.

In cases of serious violations, where the above reporting is not conceivable, an anonymous report can be made to the whistleblowing service:

Country specific laws

Please note that legislation regarding whistleblowing varies considerably from one country to another.  Whistleblowers will be asked in which country they are making a report.

LHE’s whistleblowing process will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the relevant country — some countries restrict certain types (or all) reports in which case all records of the call will be deleted from computer systems and written records.
